1. Per reftel, Poloff delivered diplomatic note, talking
points and biography of the U.S. candidate for the
International Law Commission to Dr. Metod Spacek, Head of the
Internaional Law Division at the Slovak MFA. Spacek said that
Slovakia will support the candidacy of Professor Matheson and
that Post will be officially informed of that decision within
the coming weeks.
