1. (U) On AUGUST 28, 2006, poloff met with representatives
of the Serbian MFA regarding Serbia's official
representation at the 61st UN General Assembly (UNGA) high-
level events in September 2006, per ref B instructions. The
President and Foreign Minister plan to attend. Their
