1. Reftel authorized disbursement of maximum USG per diem rate
in USD equivalent, plus USD 50 for actual cost, local
transportation, and other expenses for Staffdel
Stopher/Ennis/Parker travel. Request authorization to pay each
Staffdel officer one additional day lodging at USG per diem rate
for Bangkok (in USD equivalent) for the evening of 16 January.
Given the early arrival of the Staffdel to Bangkok (06:10 hrs. on
17 January) the hotel will charge one extra night accommodation
for evening of 16 January, to guarantee that rooms are ready upon
arrival of Staffdel. Without paying the extra evening for 16
January, it is highly likely that rooms will not be ready upon
Staffdel's arrival to the hotel morning of 17 January at 07:00
hours. Rooms will likely be available circa 1400.
