Since senior Government of Turkmenistan officials have avoided any
direct contact with Embassy personnel for the past two weeks,
Embassy could not discuss reftel points with Turkmenistani
officials. As a result, Embassy has submitted two diplomatic notes
relating to reftel points to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on
October 4 and 10. Any substantive response will be reported
septel.
