(SBU) We delivered reftel demarche February 22 to
Valery Mkrtumian, Head of the International
Organizations Department at the Armenian Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. Mkrtumian stated that the resolution
would be approved by his government "without a hitch,"
but he could not predict if Armenia would be willing to
co-sponsor the resolution.
