(C) We delivered reftel dipnote and points regarding the
final vote on UNESCO's draft convention to Anahit Karapetyan,
Ministry of Foreign Affairs National Commission for UNESCO.
Karapetyan said the GOAM position still had not changed
(reftels) and that the GOAM had already committed to support
the convention "in its current form." Karapetyan said she
would relay demarche points and dipnote to National
Commission for UNESCO Secretary-General Karina Danielyan, who
is still in Paris for the UNESCO General Assembly.
