We delivered reftel points and the text of the draft
resolution on the human rights situation in Belarus to
Mindaugas Stanys, of the MFA's Belarus, Moldova, and Ukraine
Division, on March 10. Stanys had no immediate comment, but
said he would circulate the draft within the ministry.
During a subsequent conversation on March 15, Dalia Kraulyte
of the MFA'S UN and European Division told us that the
Belarus resolution will be a priority for Lithuania. We will
report any additional feedback we receive.
