diplomatic note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on April
18. On April 19, talking points were delivered orally to
Faycal Gouia, Director of the Americas Division of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The GOT did not provide any
immediate substantive response, however Embassy will follow
up before the May 31st deadline. Any further information
will be reported septel.
