1. The Financieele Dagblad (the Netherlands' equivalent to
the Wall Street Journal) is interested in running the Op-Ed
provided reftel. However, the paper's editors have suggested
some changes to the text, which Post has forwarded to
EB/ESC/TFS for approval.


2. ACTION REQUESTED: Post requests that the Department
advise on suggested changes. Post will then work with the
paper to have the Op-Ed published as soon as possible and
report on any media or host government reactions.
