1. (S/NF) On 12/18/05, EAC met to discuss Avian Bird Flu
tripwires as required by RefTel. Members in attendance were
CDA, RSO, POLM, OMC, DAO, POLE, PD, CONS, LEGATT, AID, FPD
and CCE.
2.(S/NF) EAC agreed with tripwires set by Consular section.
ConsOff will answer the specific questions and outline the
tripwires in a SepTel response to the RefTel.
3. (SBU) EAC had no other issues to discuss.
