plans to designate HIG domestically under Canada's criminal
code. For the record, the listing will be as follows:
Gulbuddin Hekmatyar's faction, Hezb-e-Islami, the
Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin (HIG)
2. (S) Any aliases would be related to alternate spellings
of the name but have not yet been decided. At this point the
GOC has no plans to list HIG-affiliated individuals.
