1. (S) PolMilOff raised the points in Ref A regarding Indian
firms Aron Hurley Koncepts and KG Global's possible transfer
of sensitive equipment to Iran in a July 8 meeting with MEA
Under Secretary, Disarmament and International Security
(DISA),Nutan Kapoor. PolMilOff also gave Kapoor a non-paper
about the cases.

2. (S) Kapoor noted that the UK High Commission had already
contacted the GOI about the Aron Hurley Koncepts case. She
stated that the GOI would provide a response to the USG
non-paper.

3. (S) Regarding KG Global, she appreciated the additional
information about the nature of the transaction, but referred
to the GOI response on KG Global during the visit of A/S
Rademaker on June 16, stating that the GOI has decided to
hold a hearing on the firm's activities, but the GOI had
previously determined that the specific transaction
questioned by the US did not, in fact, happen (Ref B).
