1. (C) PolOff delivered reftel message concerning the April
11-12 Oslo Donors' Conference on Sudan to Ministry of Foreign
Affairs Assistant Undersecretary for Coordination and Follow
Up Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifa April 6. Sheikh
Abdul Aziz pledged to relay the message to appropriate
officials in the GOB.
