1. (C) On July 12, MFA Security Division staffer Zorica
Bukinac Cimpersek informed PolMil Off that she wished to
clarify her previous comments (reported ref B) to note that
Slovenia considered the current ISAF mandate broad enough to
allow for ISAF-OEF integration and the realization of ISAF's
security operations. Cimpersek then reiterated that Slovenia
does not/not intend to block consensus during revision of
ISAF's operations plan.
