1. (SBU) Post delivered reftel points to U.S. Desk Officer
Marjana Prvinsek-Bokal August 5. Prvisnek will share the
points with other relevant offices, many of which are
minimally staffed during this heavy vacation month. PAO also
delivered the points to the Foreign Minister's press officer,
Miriam Mozgan. We will use the points during introductory
calls by newly arrived DCM, as appropriate, and DAO will
share the points with his contacts at the Ministry of Defense.
2. (SBU) No Slovene citizens are detained in Guantanamo, and
while an occasional editorial might comment on the detention
center, it has not garnered much media coverage over the last
six months.
