1. Per reftel, econoff has spoken with Illovo Sugar of Malawi
regarding additional sugar shipments before the end of FY05.
Malawi intends to ship an additional 580 metric tons before
September 30. This will leave a balance of 324 MT against
Malawi's total quota of 10,530 for FY05. Malawi requests to
carry forward the 324 MT balance to FY06.
