1. (SBU) On December 6, Econcouns, accompanied by Econoff,
delivered reftels B-D demarche points (verbally and through
non-papers) to Khaled Al-Mughamis, Director of the MFA's
Follow-up and Coordination Department responsible for
terrorism finance and anti-money laundering issues.
2. (SBU) Without promising any specific GOK action,
Al-Mughamis thanked Emboffs for the information and offered
to share the background papers and information with relevant
GOK agencies, including the Central Bank and the ministerial
committee on anti-money laundering.
