CDA delivered reftel demarche to Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign
Affairs Undersecretary Khaled Al-Jarallah July 12.
Al-Jarallah confirmed that Kuwait has already ratified 12 of
the 13 terrorism conventions, and this request brings the
total to 14. CDA encouraged the GOK to sign the conclusion of
the CCIT as early as September. Al-Jarallah had no comment.
