4. Comment: Almost all USG development aid to Jamaica
goes through USAID. For FY-2003, USAID reports that they
have paid USD 33,877.14, none of which has been reimbursed
by the GOJ to date. Peace Corps, on the other hand, works
with the GOJ to gain tax-exempt status for every release
of development funds, and therefore has no pending tax
reimbursements. End Comment.
