1. Per reftel instructions, Embassy Helsinki has conveyed to
the GOF the USG's acceptance of part of Finland's offer for
assistance, to include 9,000 sheets, 200 small tarps, 200
first aid kits, 120 cooler cases, 1,000 pillow cases, and
3,500 thermosheets.
