1. This is JCIC-XXVII-056.

2. This is the end of operations for the second part of
JCIC-XXVII. The next meeting of the JCIC will be conducted
at a date yet to be determined. Washington and other
addresses are requested to continue to include U.S. Mission
Geneva, slugged "Geneva for JCIC" on all cables concerning
START implementation and other strategic arms issues. The
initial tag on incoming cables should be "JCIC."
