1. (SBU) On March 7, the Ambassador delivered reftel points
to Dermot Gallagher, Secretary General of the Department of
Foreign Affairs (DFA). Gallagher said the Irish take this
matter very seriously and will discuss it internally on March
8. Pol/Econ Chief also shared points with the Middle East
office of the DFA.
