B and approved in Ref A, on October 7 to M. Hussein Mahmoud.
A copy of the letter was sent to the Director of National
Security Services, Hassan Said, on November 8. Said
initially raised the outstanding inquiry from Mahmoud to the
Department regarding this issue.
