1. In response to reftel questions, para 7, the Ministry of
Economy and Finance (Office of the Secretary General) and the
Bank of Greece (Supervision Department) implement sanctions
against organizations and entities listed by the UNSC
pursuant to Resolutions 1267 and 1373. If sanctions involve
the movement of persons, the implementing authority is the
Ministry of Public Order.


2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Office of the Secretary
General) authorizes and transmits national positions
regarding individuals and entities proposed for listing by
the EU clearing house mechanism.
