General for Middle East Affairs Oguz Celikkol. Celikkol
responded that Turkey consistently engages the Iranians in an
effort to persuade them to cease interfering in Iraq's
internal affairs. Celikkol said Turkey will continue to do
so.
2. (U) Iraq posts minimize considered.
