1. On 1 June 2005, per REFs para 4, DTRO-Almaty delivered
JCIC-DIP-05-008, -009 and -010 to Lieutenant Colonel
Anarbek Akhmetalin, Acting Deputy Chief, Arms Reduction
Control and Inspection Activities Support Center, Republic
of Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense. Lieutenant Colonel
Akhmetalin had no comment and no reaction. He stated that
he would forward the information to the appropriate
officials.
