1. (SBU) On April 29, per reftel instructions, DTRO-Almaty
delivered the START treaty itemized cost lists for the
period 1 January to 31 March 2005 to 1LT R. Zakirov, Duty
Officer, Arms Reduction Control and Inspection Activities
Center, Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense. 1LT
Zakirov had no comments and no reaction. He stated that
he would forward the information to the appropriate
officials.
