negotiations November 7 to Ministry of Foreign Affairs Deputy
Director for the Americas Mourad Adjabi. Adjabi said he
would pass the U.S. response to the Ministry of Transport and
the Central Bank for consideration and commented that we are
very close to reaching an agreement. Adjabi said he would
convey the coordinated GOA response to EconOff as soon as
possible.
