1. In response to reftel, and as already
mentioned in Moyes/White e-mail of 9/11/04, US
Embassy The Hague would like to design a NATO tour
in January for Dutch parliamentarians. This
program would consist of two days in Brussels with
a follow-on tour to a new member state such as
Romania.
2. Post is also interested in putting together a
journalist tour in spring of 2005. We would be
interested in programs involving the Balkans, NATO-
EU cooperation or possibly the Caucasus area.
