1. Spain's MFA informed us that Spain will be represented to
the April 14 UN Special Session in observance of World Health
Day by Spain's Ambassador to the United Nations as well as by
Susana Estevez, Head of International Relations, Ministry of
Interior.
2. In a separate communication, the Director General of
Traffic, Ministry of Interior agrees that Working Party 1 of
the Economic Commission for Europe has the technical
knowledge and experience needed to serve as the proposed UN
focal point.
