2. On May 4, Embassy received a diplomatic note advising us
of the Turkish participants in the subject forum. They are:

from the Ministry of National Defense will be communicated
soon." Embassy will send follow up information as soon as it
is available.



4. Action Request: We understand that seats on the flights
needed for these travelers are quite scarce. Please forward
fiscal data and other logistical details soonest so we may
secure seats.
