Dabbas, Acting Deputy Director of Foreign Minister Muasher's
Private Office. PolOff also expressed strong U.S. concern
about a possible Jordanian and/or Arab Mediterranean Partner
effort to exclude a reference to the State of Israel in the
draft Declaration of Action. In response, Dabbas said that
he would convey our position on this matter directly to
Muasher.
