Product Data

A. Detailed product description: Expressions of
Interest (EOI) are called from international
petroleum companies with a proven track record in
petroleum product retailing. The offer will
include:
(1) Approximately one hundred filling stations.
(2) 1/3 share of the company incorporated to
hold storage, transport and distribution
infrastructure.
(3) Access to dealers/independent franchise
holders to enter into long term dealer
contracts


B. Other Information: EOI should include:
(1) Details of the company together with details
of nominated contact person, postal address,
telephone numbers, fax number and e-mail
address.
(2) Details of company's international downstream
petroleum operations including years in the
industry, total presence, product marketed,
brand names and number and type of retail
outlets.
(3) Annual reports and audited accounts for the
past three years and the company profile.


EOIs should be sent to the financial advisor on or
before August 05, 2003 and short listed investors will
be contacted after assessment of EOIs.

The Government of Sri Lanka and its entity the Ceylon
Petroleum Corporation (CPC) through Public Enterprises
Reform Commission (PERC) are seeking EOIs to acquire
part of its filling station network together with 1/3
of storage, transportation and related infrastructure.
