1. (U) Turkish MFA UN Head Kaya submitted final high-level
attendance list for the Turkish delegation to the 58th UNGA.

C. (Updated information) Minister of Foreign Affairs and
Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul will depart Istanbul on TK
0001 at 11:35 and arrive New York Kennedy Airport Sunday,
September 21 at 15:35. Gul will depart Sunday, September 28
from New York Kennedy to Brussels on DL 140 at 19:55.
