1. On December 3, 2002, Econoff delivered reftel demarche to
Badir Abdul-Rahim, Assistant Undersecretary for International
Trade at Kuwait's Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and to
Akil Behbahani, Deputy Director of the International
Organizations Department at Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. Post will follow up with these and other officials,
as appropriate, following the Eid al Fitr holiday, December
7-8, and report back any responses to the proposal.
